SF McDonald’s workers used coffee filters as masks, got infected, per complaint

Three McDonald’s employees in San Francisco — two in a Bayshore location and one in the Fillmore  — have filed complaints with the San Francisco Department of Public Health alleging a lack of safety precautions that led to coronavirus infection among coworkers.
