KidGlov, a boutique marketing and advertising agency based out of Lincoln and Omaha, Neb., recently welcomed Greg Harris, CEO of Quantum Workplace, to its podcast, Agency for Change. The episode explored the organization’s work as an Omaha-based tech pioneer and how they’ve transformed workplaces through Best Places to Work.

“Greg Harris is a pioneer in helping businesses and organizations build successful employee experiences,” said Katherine Warren, KidGlov chief operating officer. “It was fascinating to have him on the podcast and breakdown insights into current trends and how to stand out in the recruitment crowd.”

Quantum Workplace, a human resources technology provider, equips workplaces with the smartest talent solutions so that they can grow and succeed. Nearly 20 years ago, the company pioneered some of the earliest employee engagement and performance software and has since partnered with thousands of organizations to drive employee, team and business success.

The organization believes success starts with your people. With talent as the greatest lever for business success, Quantum Workplace works with businesses across industries to help leaders focus on what matters—their team. Harris explores this topic on the Agency for Change, the effects of the Great Resignation for businesses, and how employee recruitment and retention have evolved over the years.

“Twenty years ago, there were a small subset of companies that understood that culture was a sustainable source of competitive advantage,” said Harris. “Today, we’ve finally tipped where the majority of companies not only say ‘our people are our most important resource,’ but are acting in a way where that is true.”

Beyond office pool tables and benefit perks, Harris breaks down how companies can connect with their employees, build culture, and become a coveted “Best Place to Work.” Quantum Workplace administers an employee engagement survey to measure corporate culture and to help pinpoint the best workplaces.
